Q- Do you do vegan chocolate bars?
A- We do not currently have the space or facilities to make vegan chocolate bars the same way we make our chocolate bars. We have looked into vegan chocolate suitable for tempering and, once we can, we will launch our vegan line. We have alternative options available on our site with the same dark humour and offensive nature that you all know and love, but this is not made in house.
Q- Why is there a 10 day processing time?
A- All of our chocolate is handmade to order, we do not hold ready made stock. During hot weather, production is reduced to one day a week in order to have successful chocolate batches. Humidity and temperatures can impact even the most well-tempered chocolate in the setting stage and we work the early hours of the morning to beat the heat. In addition, Christmas, Easter and other holidays will naturally increase work volume and we need to allow for this increase in production and fulfilment.
Q- What are your shipping charges?
A- We currently use Royal Mail Tracked services for all orders. We will use 48hr tracked at £3.50 for most for our orders. However, during the warmer months, we will send chocolate out on 24hr Tracked delivery at £4.15.
Q- Where can I find allergen information?
A- All our listings provide full ingredient and allergen information for our products. All our products have allergens listed and ingredients laid out where possible on the packaging, or as an additional data sheet sent with your order.
Q- What is your refunds/returns policy?
A- Consumable items are made to order, perishable and at risk of contamination. These are not returnable. We will own up to any mistakes if photographic proof is provided and will consider replacement options or refunds on a case by case basis. Any problems with your order must be raised with us within 7 days of tracked delivery. Email us on hello@naughtyslabs.co.uk. Any complaints after this time frame are automatically non-refundable.

We make every effort to pack your items securely to prevent damage in transit and everything leaves us as we expect you to receive it. We cannot control courier handling of our products but understand the disappointment if your gift item arrives damaged, delayed or not at all. We will raise a case with Royal Mail but would require proof of damage. If the item says it has been delivered, no refunds will be given. We use tracked delivery to prevent false claims of non-delivery.
