Refunds & Returns Policy

Consumable items are made to order, perishable and at risk of contamination. These are not returnable. We will own up to any mistakes if photographic proof is provided and will consider replacement options or refunds on a case by case basis. Any problems with your order must be raised with us within 7 days of tracked delivery. Email us on hello@naughtyslabs.co.uk. Any complaints after this time frame are automatically non-refundable.

We make every effort to pack your items securely to prevent damage in transit and everything leaves us as we expect you to receive it. We cannot control courier handling of our products but understand the disappointment if your gift item arrives damaged, delayed or not at all. We will raise a case with Royal Mail but would require proof of damage. If the item says it has been delivered, no refunds will be given. We use tracked delivery to prevent false claims of non-delivery.
